ESAB's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee provides you with purchase protection at any time within the first 100 days from date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your new ESAB product, simply contact our customer care team and we will help you with a replacement or refund. Count on ESAB to do whatever it takes to make it right for you.

Here's how to take advantage of the ESAB Warranty 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

  1. Purchase any qualifying ESAB welding equipment, filler metal, gas equipment, MIG guns, and/or manual plasma machine.   
    • ESAB products not eligible for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Electrode holders, ground clamps, welding automation, and cutting automation.
  2. Click here to register your qualifying ESAB welding equipment, filler metal, gas equipment, MIG guns, and/or manual plasma machine. This will automatically register and qualify your product for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and the ESAB Warranty. So that we can easily identify you and what you purchased, be sure to include the product name and model on equipment purchases and the material type and lot number on filler metals; your name and address; and the distributor name and location where you purchased each product.
  3. Relax and enjoy using your new ESAB products.
  4. Within the first 100 days from date of purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your new ESAB product, simply contact our Customer Care Team at 1.800.426.1888, select option 1 to be connected, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (central standard time), or email us at omgmt@esab.com.
