The ESABMig C420 is a full featured, three-phase, semiautomatic
MIG compact welding unit, designed for heavy duty
welding applications. In spite of the smaller size, this unit
provides industrial welding power: 400 A @ 60% duty cycle. A
similarly featured power supply with separate wirefeeder would
cost thousands of dollars more. With no external interconnecting
cables, this unit has improved reliability and durability, and is
easy to setup and operate. This unit is a versatile addition to any
industrial shop.

Easy to use
The wide current and voltage range and the three inductance
outlets make it easy to optimize settings for a wide variety of filler
materials and gases.
The units are equipped with the potentiometers to set the wire
feed speed and burnback time adjustment. They also have 2/4
stroke torch switch function, as well as a slow run-in feature.
The control panel is clear and logically designed, with large solid
knobs that can be adjusted, even when wearing gloves. The
large handgrips and wheels allow the ESABMig C420 to be easily
moved around the shop to quickly get where you need it.

groove 0.9/1.2mm (.035/.045 in) feed rolls
and accessories, 5 m (16 ft) input cable, 5 m
(16 ft) return cable with work clamp, 1.5 m (5
ft) gas hose, factory installed wheel kit, gas
cylinder shelf, and attachment chain for gas
cylinder.
(2) ESABMig C420 packages include all
items above plus Mig gun with 0.9/1.2 mm
(.035/.045 in) accessories, and R-33-FM-580
gas regulator with adjustable flowmeter.
