• Practical design - makes the power source easy to carry
which enables use at almost any work site
• Digital display- easy and accurate setting of parameters
• Adjustable slope down and gas post-flow - provides a
better result at the end of the weld, which means you can
avoid cracks and oxidation
• Two current levels - changing between two levels will
provide quick response to gap changes
• TIG welding with HF ignition or LiftArcTM - you can choose
the most suitable starts, always ensuring a safe start
procedure
• Pulse welding- Control heat input and improve welding
results on thin material
• Three-year warranty
CaddyTig is the flexible welding concept for the professional
welder. The revolutionary design and proven ESAB
technology provide welding equipment that withstands tough
environments, is easy to carry, and produces superior
welding quality day after day. With the combination of sturdy
handgrips that act as a protective shield, and impact-resistant
plastic in the casing, the CaddyTig is extremely durable. It is
manufactured in accordance with IP23, which means that it
can be used outdoors – even when it’s raining. The CaddyTIg
is engineered to ensure fast, safe starts and outstanding
welding performance. The control panel includes a digital
meter display and is easy to understand and operate. The
CaddyTig is both easy to use and extremely dependable.

DC TIG Welding
The CaddyTig is equipped with a choice of HF (high-frequency)
or LiftArcTM ignition. By adjusting pre/post gas flow and
slope up/down, you are able to ensure the highest quality from
start to finish of the weld. The possibility of pulse programming
and/or manual pulsing gives better control of the weld pool and
improves the welding results when welding on thin materials. The
2/4 stroke gives the choice of not having to hold the trigger
during welding.

DC Stick Welding
The CaddyTig is equipped with automatic hot start and ArcPlusTM
functions which facilitates the starting procedure. The arc force
feature gives a stronger arc when needed and the ArcPlusTM
feature provides a smooth and concentrated arc. The precise
controls can also be set for the drop welding technique, useful
when welding with stainless electrodes. Together, these features
improve the welding characteristics for any electrode, including
cellulosic electrodes.

Remote Control
The power sources can be equipped with a hand or footcontrolled
remote control. Changing between remote or panel
control is easily done by a switch on the panel

Primary Input Connection
CaddyTig is a 230 V single-phase DC welding rectifier. CaddyTig
is not sensitive to fluctuating input voltages or long
cables because of a high operating voltage and line voltage
compensation.
Pre-Programming of Welding Parameters

Pre-programming of Weld Parameters
Weld settings are easy to enter, very accurate, and can quickly be
stored in memory. The memory will hold up to four sets of welding
parameters, two for TIG and two for Stick. You can switch between
TIG programs by simply clicking on the torch switch.
