CaddyArc is the flexible welding concept for the professional
welder. The revolutionary design and proven ESAB
technology provides welding equipment that withstands
tough environments, is easy to carry, and produces superior
weld quality day after day. With the combination of the sturdy
handgrips that act as a protective shield, and impact-resistant
plastic in the casing, the CaddyArc is extremely durable. It is
manufactured in accordance with IP23, which means that it
can be used outdoors – even when it’s raining. The CaddyArc
is engineered to ensure fast, safe starts and outstanding
welding performance.
The control panel includes a digital meter display and is easy
to understand and operate. The CaddyArc is both easy to use
and extremely dependable.

DC Stick welding
CaddyArc can weld most metals, including mild and alloyed
steel, stainless steel and cast iron. With CaddyArc 150 you can
use most electrodes from 1.6 mm - 3.2 mm (1/16 - 1/8 in)
diameter, CaddyArc is equipped with an ArcPlus.TM ArcPlusTM
generates an intense and concentrated smooth burning arc -
there is no need to pause at each edge when weaving.
ArcPlusTM offers superior welding characteristics, simplifies your
work, and gives you better quality.

DC TIG welding
With the CaddyArc you can easily TIG weld with LiftArcTM. All you
need is a TIG torch with a gas valve, a gas regulator and a bottle
of gas. With a single touch start you can weld thin mild steel
plate or stainless steel with or without filler material.

Remote control
The power source can be equipped with a hand or footcontrolled
remote control. Changing between remote or panel
control is easily done by a switch on the control panel.

Primary Input connection
CaddyArc is a 230 V single-phase DC welding rectifier.
CaddyArc is not sensitive to fluctuating input voltages or long
cables because of a high operating voltage and line voltage
compensation.
