Silflo® Brazing Alloys for Copper, Brass and Bronze Torch Application General Characteristics The Silflo® alloys are self-fluxing alloys for copper to copper joints. All-State® No. 110 or S-200 Flux should be used with these alloys when joining brass or bronze metals. Each Silflo® alloy is designed to meet specific industry specifications. All-State Silflo® “0” Typical Applications Joining of tight fitting (.001" to .002") copper and copper alloy components. Qualities Nominal Chemical Composition— Phosphorus: 7.00%   Copper: Balance Solidus —1310°F (710°C) Liquidus —1460°F (793°C) Brazing temperature range—1350°-1550°F (732°C to 843°C) Meets specifications—AWS A5.8 (BCuP-2), QQ-B 650 (FS-BCuP-2)
