Clean joint area. Heat base metal using
a neutral flame. Apply small amount of flux by melting the coating, or if
bare rods are used, dip the end of
heated rod into All-State Brazo Flux and then apply to the work. Continue to
heat. Melt a drop of alloy when flux
turns liquid. Continue this procedure until job is complete. The All-State Jet
Flux®
Dispenser is recommended for use with bare rods for convenience and speed.
