Powder Spray Kit Consists
of torch handle, powder hopper and flow control unit and three of the most popular
tips (size 20 multiflame,
40 single orifice, and 40 multiflame), plus three nickel base alloy metal powders
(20RC, 30RC, and 60RC
hardness). Versatile — attaches to existing oxy-acetylene source equipment
without special adaptors. Each of
the kit’s torch tips and powders was selected for the most common uses in
the field. Can be used out-of- position.
Joins and overlays cast iron, stainless steel and carbon steel. Eliminates burn-through.
Hardens surfaces to
close tolerances. Corrects machining errors. Deposits corrosion, erosion, abrasion
and heat resistant overlays. Repairs
broken cast iron parts. Increases service life and improves performance of parts
repaired. Applies easily and
economically. Powders also sold separately in 1-lb. jars, 6 jars to a carton.
