Typical Applications
For hardsurfacing large areas in earth
moving and rock crushing equipment, augers, asphalt feed screws, sand
pumps, slurry pumps, mixer blades,
crushing and pulverizing mills, scrapers, paddles and wear pads.

Clean metal surface. Use All-State®
Chamfer Rod to remove fatigued and damaged metal. On alloy steels preheat
to 300°F (149°C) is suggested.
Maintain a medium arc at about a 45° angle in direction of travel. Remove
slag between
