13 All-State Kore-Bide® Tubular Hardsurfacing All Position Electrode for Severe Abrasion and Impact AC or DC Reverse Polarity (Electrode + ) Typical Applications KORE-BIDE® 6000 (white tip) Chromium carbide alloy used in high abrasion, compressive impact loads and erosion found in: shovel buckets, dredge bucket lips, crusher mantles and liners, clutch jaws, manganese steel swing hammers, sprocket teeth, pressure rolls, grinder rings, grizzly bars and feeder sprouts.  Rc - 55 to 60 KORE-BIDE® 6100 (brown tip) Deposits of extremely hard chromium carbides and nodular columbium carbides will withstand abrasion and high impact loads. This alloy can also be applied to bucket teeth.  Rc - 58 to 61 KORE-BIDE® 6200 (pink tip) Outstanding abrasion resistance on steel or grey cast iron in brick extrusion augers, pump impellers, snow plow shoes, feed screws, dozer end bits, mixer paddles, scraper blades.  Rc - 58 to 62 KORE-BIDE® 6400 (light blue tip) Deposits resist extreme abrasion at temperatures to 1500° F. Outstanding erosion resistance. Use on scrapers, blast furnace feed chutes, sinter crushers, mill guide rolls, hopper teeth and shanks, cement handling equipment.   Rc - 62 to 64 Qualities Non-hygroscopic coating and tubular construction eliminates moisture problems and rebaking.
