General Characteristics
Deposits hard tungsten carbides in
a tough but ductile nickel silver matrix that results in maximum abrasion
resistance and superior cutting action.

used in oil, earth moving, agriculture, dredging, brick and cement industries
to overlay drills, reamers, junk
mill bits, stabilizers, core bits, augers, mill hammers, plow shares, dredge bucket
lips, crusher rolls, mixer blades
and pipe forming shoes. High tensile and shear strength provides shock absorbing
characteristics; good tinning
qualities. Procedures
Clean and degrease surface. Where pre-tinning
is desired, tin with All-State® #11 using
All-State® #1113 flux. Use
a very large tip size and adjust the
flame to neutral. Dip Ruf-Kut® rod into
#1113 flux and melt into the tinned surface
directing the flame onto the rod. Avoid overheating. Cool slowly and remove flux
residue. Sizes
